Neohesperidin

Advantame (N-[N-【3-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)propyl】-L-a-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine- 1-methyl ester) It is a high intensity sweetener that is 20, 000 times sweeter than sucrose. It is

the sweetest sweetener developed so far and can be used in a variety of foods as a sweetener and  flavor enhancer.

• In May 2014, the US FDA approved Advantame to be used in foodandbeverages.
• In May 2014, the European Commission issued Regulation(EU)No. 498/2014 on the use of Advantame as a sweetener.
• Use according to GB2760-2024 Food Additive Usage Standards and relevant announcementsfrom the National Health and Family Planning Commission.

Hesperetin dihydrochalcone is an antioxidant flavonoid. It induces G1-phase cell cycle arrest. It is also anti-inflammatory. Hesperetin suppresses NF-κB activation and reduces cholesterol biosynthesis. Hespertin is also neuroprotective against neuronal oxidative damage.

•  As a flavoring substance in EU Regulation (EU) No 872/2012.

Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone is extracted from the natural bitter oranges. The solvent used in the production process is pure water, with no chemical residues. As an edible spice, it is included in my country’s food additive usage standard GB2760-2024. It is also widely used in various foods as a food flavor enhancer.

Sweetener: The sweetness is 1500-1800 times that of sucrose and can be used as a sweetener for energy-free foods.

Flavor Enhancer: Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone can be used to enhance sweetness, aroma, and flavor to block bitterness.

Bitter Mask Agent: Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone can act on bitter receptors when it is below the sweetness threshold, raising the human threshold for bitterness, and the bitterness removal effect is significantly better than that of general sweeteners.

Function: lt also has some physiological features, such as antioxidant, reduction of cholesterol, blood fat and blood sugar and protect the liver.

Neotame is a non-caloric artificial sweetener derived from Aspartame with a taste very near to sugar.

It is used to substitute sucrose in low calorie products. Neotame is 7, 000 –  13, 000 times sweeter than sucrose, and 30 – 60 times sweeter than aspartame.

• High sweetness, low Calorie: Sweetness is 7000-13000 times that of sucrose. Zero calories, suitable for diabetics.
• Low cost: The cost of use is lower than that of aspartame. In beverage products, neotame can replace 20% of nutritional sweeteners or high-intensity sweeteners.
• High solubility: Solubility in water at room temperature (25°C) is 12.6 g/L, and solubility in ethanol is 950 g/L.
• Safe and stable: Very stable under dry or acidic conditions (better than aspartame). Suitable for all people including children and pregnant women.
• Improve avor: It can maintain or even improve good flavors such as sweetness, saltiness, and sourness, while reducing and masking bad flavors , such as bitterness and astringency.

Stevia is a natural zero calorie sweetener which is produced through enzyme catalysis from Rebaudioside A which is extracted from stevia leaves as raw materials.

Good Taste: It is the best natural sweetener. It has no aftertaste or licorice taste and the taste is very close to sugar.

Low Calorie: Extremely low calorie, it’s about 1% of sucrose.

High Sweetness: The sweetness is 200-300 times that of sucrose.

Good Stability: Good stability against heat, acid and alkali, suitable for processing and cooking of various foods and beverages.

Suitable for people with high blood sugar: it’s low glycemic index and almost no calories are suitable for diabetics and other people who need to control blood sugar levels.
